Salary: $168,800.00 - $253,200.00

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of industrial engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Plan and implement process improvement initiatives aligned with site and enterprise priorities.
• Serve as a change leader, applying structured change management principles to guide teams through transformation.
• Facilitate cross-functional project teams to drive measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Develop operational metrics and dashboards to monitor performance and ensure sustained adoption of improvements.
• Perform cost-benefit analyses and deliver training on problem-solving and standard work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years of managerial experience (or Advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience).
• Must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
• Experience leading teams within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across various functions and levels, including senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Previous experience at hirify.global.
• Hands-on involvement in Lean, Six Sigma, MPS, or MDT continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong expertise in process mapping, root-cause analysis, and performance measurement.
• Experience supporting New Product Introductions (NPI), site expansions, or major transformations.
