TL;DR

What you will do

  • Process weekly and bi-weekly payrolls for approximately 500 exempt and non-exempt employees using ADP WFN.
  • Gather and validate payroll data, including hours worked, bonuses, benefit adjustments, and commissions.
  • Manage and respond to state and federal tax notices and register payroll tax accounts in various locations.
  • Process garnishments, levies, and support orders.
  • Generate standard and ad hoc custom reports for finance and management.
  • Provide direct support to employees regarding payroll issues via email, phone, or in person.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in payroll administration.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and moderate Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of Federal and State wages and overtime laws.
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information with integrity and extreme attention to detail.
  • Professional expertise in interacting with all levels of management.

Nice to have

  • Recent experience with ADP WFN.
  • Experience with multi-state payroll processing.
  • Knowledge of union payroll, prevailing wage, and Certified payroll reporting.
  • Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, and Concur.
