TL;DR

Location: Overland Park, KS, US (typical office environment, hybrid/flexible options possible after 90 days at manager discretion)

What you will do

  • Prepare payrolls for bi-weekly and weekly processing, including direct deposits, tax, and garnishment setups.
  • Manage payroll inbox and provide responses to employee inquiries.
  • Update direct deposit info, upload income withholding orders into ADP, and handle child support/garnishments.
  • Maintain Global Payroll SharePoint and TEAMS sites for better communication.
  • Generate payroll reports, assist with reconciliations, and support year-end processes.
  • Assist with benefit/compensation file uploads, system testing, and additional projects.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship or relocation)
  • Typically two years of experience or Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • Complete pre-employment checks: background, drug screen, motor vehicle records.
  • Data entry skills; Intermediate Microsoft Excel.
  • Work in typical office environment with extensive keyboarding, limited overtime, no travel.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of payroll taxes/regulations, General Ledger, and Payroll Systems.
  • Organizing, planning, written communications, problem-solving, dealing with ambiguity.
