What you will do

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, and equipment for R&D projects.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals within defined timeframes and budgets.
• Manage project work plans, schedules, product requirements, and traceability.
• Prepare project and product documentation and configurations via change orders in the PLM system.
• Manage technical partners and vendors supporting product development activities.
• Identify potential issues and implement mitigation and resolution plans.

Requirements

• BS degree in Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience as an engineer developing products, preferably in the medical device industry.
• Must be based in or within commuting distance of Chelmsford, MA.
• No immigration sponsorship provided (e.g., H1B, TN, STEM, OPT).
• Knowledge of global standards for Design Controls, Risk Management, and Electrical Safety for Medical Devices.
• Demonstrated understanding of device design and BOM structures.
