Salary: $115,000 (base)

What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end sales process from qualification and prospecting to closing.
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new logo customers to meet annual quotas.
- Coordinate the RFP process between sales and proposal teams.
- Conduct discovery calls and deliver customized presentations to prospects.
- Act as a subject matter expert on ROI, utilization, and network reporting products.
- Collaborate with BDRs, consultants, brokers, and resellers to build pipeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup.
- Previous BDR or relevant prospecting experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the benefits, mental health, or wellness industry.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the year for conferences and customers.
