Corporate Paralegal

What you will do

• Assist in preparation and maintenance of key corporate documents like company formation, board minutes, and shareholder resolutions.
• Create and maintain corporate minute books, contract trackers, and other logs.
• Administer contract and document execution processes, including signatures and filing.
• Work with providers and counsel on entity maintenance, filings, annual accounts, and powers of attorney.
• Support corporate transactions with data rooms, due diligence, schedules, and deal bibles.
• Assist in preparation, negotiation, and management of agreements like NDAs and services agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and strong academic background.
• Ideally 1-2 years of experience as a corporate paralegal in a law firm or in-house.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills; ability to multitask under pressure.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and quick to learn new software.
• Personable team player with positive attitude.
