What you will do

• Own the full sales cycle for enterprise-level retail opportunities from prospecting to contract signature.
• Refine the retail media narrative to productize and differentiate agency services.
• Foster strategic relationships with RMN partners such as Amazon and Walmart to drive value for prospects.
• Collaborate with product teams to inform the development of AI-driven retail applications within the Kip platform.
• Develop 3-5 year growth plans for the retail media practice, accounting for AI and evolving consumer behavior.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in digital advertising sales with a proven track record of closing multi-million dollar deals.
• Deep expertise in the retail media landscape, including Amazon Ads (DSP, Sponsored Ads, AMC) or Walmart Connect.
• Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex data to senior executives.
• Must be based in or able to work from Philadelphia.
