What you will do

• Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations, upgrades, and integration projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Coordinate between business stakeholders, consultants, developers, and executive leadership.
• Oversee data migration, system testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities.
• Manage post-implementation support and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• 5+ years of project management experience leading ERP implementations.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing NetSuite projects.
• Deep knowledge of NetSuite ERP modules and business processes.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
