What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing.
• Partner with hiring managers and engineers to define role profiles, build pipelines, and calibrate signals.
• Craft bespoke outbound strategies tailored to high-caliber candidates such as Principal Engineers and Compiler Experts.
• Deliver high-quality candidate experiences with a focus on speed and rigor.
• Run structured, signal-rich interviews and guide interviewers through calibration and debriefs.
• Scale and improve internal recruiting systems and processes.

Requirements

• Experience recruiting for deeply technical roles (backend, infrastructure, systems, protocol, Rust).
• Ability to write compelling, tailored outbound messaging that generates responses.
• Proficiency in assessing resumes, probing for signals, and identifying red flags early.
• Strong commitment to candidate experience balanced with high evaluation rigor.
• Must be based full-time in the Vancouver, BC office.

Nice to have

• Experience in early-stage (0 to 1) recruiting environments.
• Fluency in Web3 or the technical capacity to ramp up quickly in the domain.
• Experience running debriefs, driving interviewer training, or contributing to rubric design.
