What you will do

• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying variances and trends.
• Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with business units.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize financial tools.

Requirements

• Experience in financial controlling or business analysis.
• Proficiency with financial reporting tools and advanced Excel skills.
• Academic degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
