What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical and account servicing point of contact for omnichannel supply partners.
• Drive account optimization through best practice adoption for onboarding, seller setup, and inventory management.
• Analyze and interpret performance data to deliver actionable insights and revenue-driving strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and drive platform enhancements.
• Oversee delivery, measurement, and reporting, including weekly, monthly, and ad hoc client reports.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, including GDPR compliance and header bidding.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing online advertising accounts with a technical focus (SSP, Ad Server, DSP, or large publisher).
• Solid understanding of the online advertising ecosystem, GDPR, ad serving, and header bidding.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills for diagnosing ad delivery and integration issues.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Must be based in Berlin, Germany to comply with the hybrid office schedule.
