Location: In Office Eden Prairie, MN

Salary: $135,000 - $165,000

What you will do

• Develop and own the enterprise-wide internal communications strategy aligned with business objectives and culture.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on internal messaging, change communications, and engagement.
• Create high-impact content and storytelling that translates complex initiatives for salaried and hourly employees.
• Manage all internal channels, including the intranet, digital signage, email, and live events.
• Partner with HR, Marketing, and Operations to unify and amplify internal messaging.
• Establish metrics and feedback mechanisms to continuously improve communication effectiveness.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience executing enterprise-wide communication strategies for diverse audiences.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and social media platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Must be based in Eden Prairie, MN for full-time office work.

• Experience in manufacturing or multi-site operations.
