What you will do
- Coordinate laboratory administrative duties including testing/calibration scheduling, supply ordering, and facilities management.
- Maintain development and GXP laboratory equipment per internal and industry standards.
- Manage laboratory technical and safety training with documentation lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders for new vendor technology evaluations.
- Handle procurement needs: purchase orders, invoice payments, expense tracking.
- Support domestic/international shipping of equipment and product samples.
Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience; metrology experience preferred.
- Advanced skills in MS Outlook, Teams, Project, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe.
- Physical: lift/unbox 45 lbs unassisted, move pallets with jack, walk 5-10 miles daily, drive golf cart, valid driver's license.

- Device/combination product characterization & mechanical testing.
- GXP-Analytical laboratory testing/management.
- SAP/Concur for POs, expenses, payments, vendor forms, inventory reports.
