What you will do

  • Lead the month-end close for multiple UK and US group entities, ensuring accuracy and strong controls.
  • Prepare consolidated management accounts with clear variance analysis and strategic insights.
  • Design and implement scalable, automated financial processes across payables, payroll, and the general ledger.
  • Manage the finance integration of newly acquired entities, establishing hirify.global standards for reporting and compliance.
  • Build direct method cashflow models and strengthen financial controls to ensure audit readiness.
  • Partner with finance leadership on complex decision-making and global strategy.

Requirements

  • Chartered Accountant (ICAEW or equivalent) with strong PQE in management accounting and group finance.
  • Deep technical understanding of IFRS, consolidations, intercompany accounting, and revenue recognition.
  • Proven experience in finance transformation across systems, processes, and automation.
  • Ability to operate independently and confidently in complex, multi-entity environments.
  • Must be based in or able to work in London (Hybrid).
