Salary: £85,493 - £100,580

What you will do

• Provide independent oversight for tokenized deposits, stablecoins, digital wallets, and wider blockchain propositions.
• Act as a subject matter expert on digital asset regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with business units to identify risks and design effective operational controls.
• Support the adoption and embedding of the Payments and Transaction Execution Risk Policy.
• Represent the organization and build relationships with regulators and external governing bodies.
• Develop tools and systems to consistently identify risks and evaluate control robustness.

Requirements

• Strong operational risk expertise with specific experience in Digital Assets and associated technologies.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical guidance for compliant solutions.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills for senior-level stakeholder management.
• Experience preparing precise and concise reports for executive audiences.
• Must be based in the UK to comply with hybrid working requirements (min 40% office presence).
• Data-driven approach with a keen interest in maximizing AI for productivity.
