What you will do

• Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Perform phone screens and coordinate interview scheduling.
• Help implement a Recruiting Best Practice strategy.
• Assist in building an event calendar for career fairs, campus visits, and networking meetups.
• Analyze and report on candidate pipelines.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Educational background in HR, People Operations, Recruiting, or Organizational Development.
• Must be based in Colombia.
• Genuine interest in the startup ecosystem.
• High standards for quality and a results-oriented, self-motivated attitude.
