Location: Remote in Colombia
Salary: 2,800,000 COP monthly

What you will do
- Manage and update the applicant tracking system.
- Schedule and conduct phone screens with candidates.
- Help develop and implement recruiting best practices.
- Build an event calendar covering career fairs, campus visits, and networking meetups.
- Support candidate pipeline reporting and analysis.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Background or education in HR, People Operations, Recruiting, or Organizational Development.
- Demonstrated experience with Claude or an equivalent large language model tool is required.
- Comfort using AI to improve productivity, research, and communication.
- Hard-working, determined, ambitious, self-motivated, and action-oriented.
- Interest in startups.
