Talent Acquisition Associate

Location: Asuncion, Paraguay; hybrid work model with in-person collaboration, remote work, and flexible working hours.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for business positions across an assigned region, segment, or product area.
• Publish and update job advertisements across recruitment channels.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates throughout the selection process.
• Prepare and present job offers to selected candidates.
• Maintain candidate information and recruitment stages in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Build external talent networks, support Talent Acquisition projects, provide hiring feedback and reports, and share market insights with People Operations teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience for business positions.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, preferably in a technology environment.
• Practical experience using Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Skills in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluation, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• Experience using Workday as an Applicant Tracking System.
