Salary: $130,000 - $155,000

What you will do
- Develop and implement workout strategies for an assigned portfolio of highly complex problem loans.
- Coordinate semi-annual Loan Strategy Report cycles to ensure timely preparation and presentation.
- Collaborate with internal legal staff and outside counsel to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Coordinate loan closing activities for restructuring loans.
- Coach and advise colleagues on restructuring issues and loans classified as Early Warning or OLEM.
- Analyze loan relationships and assess causes of downgrades to implement effective credit rehabilitation plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in loan restructuring and risk management.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to solve complex financial problems.
- Proficiency in analyzing complex financial statements to evaluate entity stability.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to travel regionally up to 50%.
