What you will do

• Develop and implement workout strategies for an assigned portfolio of highly complex problem loans.
• Coordinate semi-annual Loan Strategy Report cycles to ensure timely preparation and presentation.
• Collaborate with internal legal staff and outside counsel to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Coordinate loan closing activities for restructuring loans.
• Coach and advise colleagues on restructuring issues and loans classified as Early Warning or OLEM.
• Analyze loan relationships and assess causes of downgrades to implement effective credit rehabilitation plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in loan restructuring and risk management.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to solve complex financial problems.
• Proficiency in analyzing complex financial statements to evaluate entity stability.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to travel regionally up to 50%.
