Software Engineer Intern (Fintech): Building and maintaining frontend and backend features for a payment platform with an accent on scalable code, performance tuning, and automated testing. Location: Remote, Colombia
Salary: 2,800,000 COP monthly

What you will do
- Assist in developing and maintaining backend and frontend services for the payment platform.
- Write clean, scalable code and participate in code reviews.
- Collaborate with engineers to implement features and resolve bugs.
- Work on performance tuning, debugging, and platform scalability.
- Document software functionality and contribute to the knowledge base.
Requirements
- Experience with Golang, Python, or another backend language.
- Familiarity with JavaScript or TypeScript and React or a similar framework.
- Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
- Demonstrated experience with Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
