Software Engineering Internship (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid in Ghent, Belgium; applicants must currently reside in Belgium and be eligible to complete an internship there.

hirify.global is a SaaS scale-up developing a cloud-based Transport Management Platform that automates logistics administration, optimizes planning, and improves efficiency, profitability, and sustainability.

What you will do

• Build and ship real features in a production-grade codebase used by logistics customers.
• Work with technologies including Python, Django, GraphQL, Kubernetes, React, React Native, and Google Cloud.
• Collaborate with the engineering team on projects that directly impact the product and customers.
• Learn from experienced engineers through mentorship, feedback, and hands-on development.
• Contribute to product and engineering improvements during hirify.global's scale-up phase.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Currently residing in Belgium and eligible to complete an internship in Belgium.
• Available for a minimum internship duration of 8 weeks.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language, such as Python or JavaScript.
• Curiosity, problem-solving ability, initiative, collaboration, and a user-first mindset.
