Role Overview

We are currently looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, and working in an international environment. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing candidates across multiple roles and markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer stage
• Conduct sourcing and direct search (LinkedIn, databases, referrals)
• Perform initial screening interviews
• Present shortlisted candidates to the internal team
• Support candidates throughout the hiring process
• Work on multiple vacancies simultaneously across different functions
• Maintain strong communication with candidates and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment / talent acquisition (agency experience is a plus)
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
• Fluent Russian and strong English
• Based in Europe (Poland / Serbia preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles
• Proactive, organized, and result-oriented mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech / trading / crypto / iGaming / tech hiring
• Experience working with international clients
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools
