Requirements

• 3-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in fast-growth tech companies
• Proven track record hiring top talent in competitive markets
• Outstanding sourcing skills to find and engage candidates globally
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Growth mindset to challenge and improve processes
• Advanced English
