Senior Manager, Developer Evangelism (Americas): Own developer relations strategy across North and Latin America, leading a team of evangelists to inspire and equip developers building with products. Location: Remote (US only, not eligible in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA)
Compensation: $188,240–$276,700 (varies by eligible US location, plus equity and bonus potential)

What you will do
- Inspire and equip developers to build exceptional experiences with products.
- Lead and represent the developer community online and offline as an authentic voice.
- Define and execute regional Developer Evangelism strategy through cross-functional partnerships.
- Manage project plans, stakeholder communication, and metrics-driven success measurement.
- Practice servant leadership, mentoring regional evangelists and contributing to global leadership.
- Build partnerships across Marketing, Product, Sales, and company leadership.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Developer Relations, Community, or related areas
- 3-5 years team leading or people management experience
- Experience leading Developer Relations initiatives at scale cross-functionally
- Proven mentoring and guiding individual contributors
- Creative problem-solving with data-driven decisions
- Strong storytelling skills to highlight developer success
Nice to have
- Familiarity with North and Latin America developer landscapes, events, and communities
- Project management tools and methodologies experience
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese
- Prior regional Developer Evangelism leadership
