What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and role requirements
• Own full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance
• Source top talent using advanced techniques, networking, referrals, and AI-powered tools
• Build and maintain healthy pipelines of high-quality candidates under tight timelines
• Conduct market research to identify ideal profiles in gaming niches
• Analyze metrics to optimize recruitment strategies and improve processes
• Manage multiple requisitions while ensuring positive candidate experiences

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience in tech, gaming, or fast-paced environments
• Proven track record in advanced sourcing and building talent pipelines
• Excellent interpersonal and consultative skills
• Fluent Hebrew – must
• Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing metrics
• Strong research skills and self-driven approach to niche areas
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS or similar
• Experience using AI-powered sourcing tools
• Gaming industry experience or passion
