What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for full-time, temporary, part-time, and intern positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define workforce priorities and position requirements.
• Source and screen candidates using job boards, social media, and networking.
• Coordinate interview logistics, candidate communications, and hiring discussions.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate pipeline activity and metrics.
• Support onboarding activities and offer administration for new hires.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR support.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and experience with ATS and sourcing tools.
