What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, and leadership-level positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify staffing needs and workforce priorities.
  • Develop and administer staffing and recruiting programs across assigned business functions.
  • Build and leverage sourcing channels, social media, and talent pipelines to attract qualified candidates.
  • Provide consultative input on labor market trends, compensation competitiveness, and diversity initiatives.
  • Lead offer discussions and support compensation negotiations in partnership with leadership.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of recruiting experience, including technical or specialized roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex full-cycle recruitment activities.
  • Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia.
  • Strong understanding of labor markets and employment regulations.
  • Experience utilizing ATS, sourcing technologies, and recruitment reporting tools.
