TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Specialist (European Markets): Managing end-to-end recruitment across diverse European regions with an accent on sourcing top talent and partnering with hiring managers to scale international teams. Focus on delivering exceptional candidate experiences, utilizing data-driven insights, and optimizing hiring processes in a fast-paced, global environment.

Location: Must be based in Madrid, Spain (On-site, 5 days/week)

Salary: €25,000–€30,000 base + up to €12,000 in bonuses

What you will do

  • Partner with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment across multiple European markets.
  • Proactively source, engage, and attract top talent across diverse geographies.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for priority and high-impact roles.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
  • Use data, market insights, and hiring trends to inform and optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on market dynamics and talent availability.

Requirements

  • Fluent English and French is required.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a high-growth or international environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Must be based in Madrid and able to work on-site 5 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Experience hiring across multiple European markets.
  • Proficiency in Italian or Spanish.
