Location: Must be based in Madrid, Spain (On-site, 5 days/week)
Salary: €25,000–€30,000 base + up to €12,000 in bonuses

What you will do
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment across multiple European markets.
- Proactively source, engage, and attract top talent across diverse geographies.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for priority and high-impact roles.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
- Use data, market insights, and hiring trends to inform and optimize recruitment strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on market dynamics and talent availability.
Requirements
- Fluent English and French is required.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a high-growth or international environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Must be based in Madrid and able to work on-site 5 days per week.

- Proficiency in Italian or Spanish.
