What you will do

• Collaborate with sales on technical discussions to understand client security challenges and infrastructure needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations highlighting AI security features and benefits.
• Design customized security solutions based on cybersecurity principles, AI technologies, and best practices.
• Lead proof-of-concept projects to validate solution effectiveness in client environments.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, troubleshooting, and training sessions.
• Contribute field feedback to product management, engineering, and research teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in pre-sales or post-sales solution architecture roles.
• Proficiency with Linux (GNU, Bash).
• Moderate to advanced cloud experience including hands-on IaC.
• Python programming experience.
• AI experience building workflows with LangChain, LangGraph, and MLOps tools.
• Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience with demos, PoCs, and presentations; willingness to travel.
