What you will do

• Deliver technical pitches and demos to convert prospects into enthusiastic customers.
• Design and execute proof-of-concepts (POCs) to prove measurable value and ROI.
• Act as the primary interface for a global user community, translating user insights into actionable product improvements.
• Manage hands-on customer onboarding to ensure smooth rollouts and immediate wins.
• Identify and drive expansion and upsell opportunities within existing customer accounts.

Requirements

• 4+ years in a technical, customer-facing role (Solution Architect, Professional Services Engineer, Consultant) within the data infrastructure ecosystem.
• Proficiency with the modern data stack, specifically dbt, SQL, and Snowflake.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
• Strong passion, persistence, and a proactive "make-it-happen" mindset.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working at a Series A or B startup.
• Extended familiarity with various modern data platforms.
