What you will do

• Own the Functional Control framework for Chile, ensuring continuous mitigation of operational, financial, and IT security risks.
• Execute the annual Institutional Control plan in alignment with internal audit schedules for Compliance, IT, and Security.
• Analyze regional risk landscapes to provide strategic recommendations for the annual control plan.
• Prepare and present summary reports of findings and recommendations to the Chile Board and Regional Leadership.
• Drive accountability by tracking the implementation of audit recommendations and escalating overdue action plans.
• Act as the primary liaison for internal and external auditors, coordinating data submission and technical requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 3–4 years of experience in Internal Control, Audit, or Compliance.
• Proven experience in IT auditing and testing General Technology Controls (GTCs).
• Fluent English (verbal and written) is mandatory for global reporting.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to hold stakeholders accountable.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Scrum/Agile methodologies.
