What you will do

• Conduct KYC onboarding processes and verify the identities of new customers.
• Assist in Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reviews, including PEP assessments and trigger event evaluations.
• Identify and review suspicious financial transactions within customer accounts.
• Perform client screening, background searches, and ongoing monitoring.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records in client databases.
• Support other departments on AML compliance matters and stay informed on international frameworks.

Requirements

• Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Atlassian (JIRA), and Teams.
• Experience using help desk software and support tools.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with high stress tolerance and reliability.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
