Senior Fullstack Developer (Python, Django, React): Building scalable web and mobile applications with an accent on secure backend services, responsive interfaces, cross-platform development, and AI-assisted engineering. Focus on integrating full-stack systems, troubleshooting complex performance and stability issues, and contributing to architecture, automated testing, CI/CD, and production monitoring.
Location: Uruguay; remote or hybrid work options available.

What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications with Python, Django, React, and React Native.
- Build secure backend services, RESTful APIs, business logic, and integrations with databases and third-party systems.
- Create responsive, accessible interfaces and reusable React components, while enhancing cross-platform mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering partners to translate client requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Use AI tools, including Claude, to improve daily engineering workflows and share adoption best practices.
- Contribute to code reviews, architecture discussions, automated testing, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting across the full stack.
Requirements
- Hands-on full-stack software development experience and a full understanding of the software development life cycle.
- Consultative problem-solving skills and the ability to align digital solutions with long-term client goals.
- Experience using AI tools or a strong willingness to experiment with, learn, and champion AI adoption.
- Ability to oversee project execution, deliverables, technical risks, and dependencies.
- Ability to lead, mentor, motivate, coach, and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Commitment to continuous learning, professional development, teamwork, and exceeding client expectations.
