What you will do

• Drive complex customer-facing implementations from planning through launch
• Act as technical lead for integrations and deployments, working directly with customers
• Own end-to-end delivery including scoping, architecture decisions, and execution
• Debug and solve deep technical integration challenges in client environments
• Influence product direction with real-world deployment feedback
• Contribute to internal best practices, tooling, and mentor junior engineers

Requirements

• 6+ years in software engineering, forward deployed, or technical delivery roles
• Experience leading complex SaaS/platform implementations in customer-facing environments
• Strong coding ability (Python, JavaScript, SQL) with hands-on debugging
• Proven cross-functional work and managing multiple customer deployments
• Computer Science Degree or equivalent
