What you will do

• Partner with enterprise customers to identify and validate AI use cases, owning end-to-end implementation of tailored solutions
• Architect custom applications, templates, and integrations using platform APIs and Knowledge Graph to solve business challenges
• Translate technical concepts into prescriptive recommendations, guiding customers through generative AI
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap via customer feedback
• Develop scalable processes, documentation, and workflows to reduce time-to-value
• Champion adoption and expansion of AI solutions within customer accounts

Requirements

• Over 5 years in technical SaaS roles, including 3+ years in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or account management
• Deep fluency in Python, APIs, prompt design, and linguistic principles for AI
• Track record delivering complex solutions for Fortune 500 in fast-paced B2B SaaS
• Exceptional communication for technical and C-suite audiences
• Builder's mindset for emerging AI technologies
