What you will do

• Build database-driven workflows automating data transformation, validation, and configuration with LLM integration for autonomous operations.
• Translate solution architectures into production systems with data contracts, guardrails, logging, and compliance standards.
• Scale solutions using Azure services like Functions, App Services, Logic Apps, and Azure AI with CI/CD pipelines.
• Embed LLMs into workflows supporting RAG patterns, evaluation loops, and monitoring for quality execution.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years production experience in SQL, C#, Python, or JavaScript
• Strong relational database design, scripting, and query optimization
• Experience integrating AI/LLM services (e.g., Semantic Kernel, Copilot Studio)
• Azure ecosystem for building/deploying applications
• CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, implementations, security teams

Nice to have

• Healthcare SaaS experience
• HL7, FHIR, or healthcare data standards
• Retrieval-based workflows or vector databases
• AI agent orchestration or multi-agent workflows
