Location: Remote (United States)

Compensation: $150K – $200K

What you will do

• Own full lifecycle of AI products with banking clients: deployment, optimization, and feature expansion
• Work with bank executives, compliance, and operations to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Design and architect integrations between Titan's AI platform and banks' systems (CRMs, loan origination, etc.)
• Drive technical decisions balancing innovation, security, compliance, and banking operations
• Build prototypes, proofs-of-concept, and production features for real banking workflows
• Partner with AI and backend teams for reliable model and agent performance in production

Requirements

• Location: United States (remote)
• Strong technical foundation in software development (Python, TypeScript, or similar)
• Deep understanding of system architecture, APIs, and integration patterns
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles (solutions engineering, technical account management)
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholders and present to C-suite executives
• Track record of shipping products in fast-moving environments
