What you will do

• Define long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap driven by user research and data for enterprise-wide value.
• Build and lead a high-performing product management organization with clear ownership, quality standards, and innovation culture.
• Establish product operating model partnering with engineering and brand leadership for fast decisions and accountability.
• Oversee execution of strategic roadmaps, resource allocation, and delivery of high-quality capabilities at scale.
• Modernize platforms with shared services, standardized workflows, and design excellence including scalable UI systems.
• Align platform roadmaps with business priorities, engage stakeholders, and drive revenue growth through customer-centered innovation.

Requirements

• 15+ years product management experience leading platform/infrastructure products and scaling teams in complex multi-brand environments
• Ability to influence C-suite, translate commercial strategy to technical requirements, and align with sales/marketing on P&L goals
• Strategic systems thinking for platform opportunities, operating at vision and execution levels with data-driven experimentation
• Exceptional communication to articulate strategy to technical and non-technical audiences
