Implementation Specialist

What you will do

• Recommend best practice use of hirify.global products in pre- and post-sales processes.
• Act as technical expert for customer workflows, API integrations, and configuration.
• Gather requirements and develop customer-focused implementation strategies.
• Document test scenarios for QA and serve as SME on product configuration and integrations.
• Collaborate with configuration, training, product, and sales teams to meet customer needs.
• Provide occasional customer training and 3rd level support on deliveries.

Requirements

• University Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
• 5+ years delivering large transformation programs with high-performing teams, ideally agile
• Excellent customer-facing, collaboration, and communication skills
• Technical requirements gathering or business analysis experience, ideally in Automotive or Insurance
• Commercially aware with ability to support sales opportunities
• Strong interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Extensive use of JIRA, Confluence, Office365
• Experience with SOA, APIs, SOAP, XSLT, Postman, Swagger, OAuth, XML, CSS
• Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies
