What you will do

• Manage price updates, invoice discrepancy resolution, and vendor registration within ERP systems.
• Perform bid analysis, volume tracking for rebates, and periodic spend analysis to ensure business compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for plants and suppliers to resolve payment issues and assist with Request for Quotes (RFQs).
• Execute direct material sourcing to ensure total best value and supply assurance.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing system and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of experience in a sourcing-related function.
• Experience working with S&OP, ERP, and payment systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational capabilities.
