TL;DR
Sr. Manager, Pricing & Promotions: Own end-to-end pricing and promotions experimentation program for ecommerce, retail, and emerging channels with an accent on data-driven testing, financial modeling, and cross-functional strategy. Focus on designing A/B tests, optimizing promotional spend and ROI, and leveraging AI for personalized promotions.
Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (expect teams to come to office on two core days per week, typically Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday)
Salary: $160,100 - $234,900 (annual base pay)

What you will do
- Own end-to-end pricing/promotions testing roadmap: prioritize backlog, design tests, analyze results, and drive rollout decisions
- Set promotional strategy, calendar, and prioritization; partner with direct report on execution
- Develop new promotional structures grounded in performance data and competitive intelligence
- Build and own discount budgeting capability: track, model, and communicate spend and ROI
- Partner cross-functionally with finance, analytics, and acquisition teams to optimize promotions and business performance
- Lead adoption of AI-driven personalized promotions to improve conversion and efficiency
- Manage and develop one direct report on analytical skills, business acumen, and communication
Requirements
- 6+ years in growth, ecommerce, promotions, pricing, or related analytical function with track record in experimentation and data-driven decisions
- Strong analytical skills: proficient in SQL, independently design/analyze A/B tests
- Experience with promotional/marketing performance analysis, financial modeling, and conversion analysis
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop talent
- Clear communicator translating analytics into business recommendations
- Comfortable with autonomy in maturing areas
Nice to have
- Experience with discount budgeting, promotional P&L, or financial planning
- Familiarity with product pricing or distribution channel management
- Background in DTC or subscription businesses
- Experience with Data Science teams on experiment design
- Strong understanding of ML models and AI decisioning
