What you will do

• Create video tutorials, slide decks, and eLearning courses using screen recording, editing, voiceover, HTML, and interactive elements.
• Maintain and update training assets based on product changes and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with Customer Education Team Lead, product teams, SMEs, and customer success for accuracy and priorities.
• Organize content in repositories, manage versions, and meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Participate in review cycles and support process improvements in content production.

Requirements

• Proficiency in audio and video editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Audiate)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow creative direction
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects
• Technically savvy with eagerness to learn new software

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Instructional Design, Marketing, or related field
• Experience with Northpass (Gainsight CE) LMS
• Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory
• Familiarity with graphic design tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Office 365
