What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of 10 assembly technicians and prototype engineers in building autonomous trucks.
• Develop and document manufacturing processes, work instructions, and quality standards for scaling production.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to realize designs as reliable products.
• Manage site operations, ensuring safety, infrastructure, and smooth facility functioning.
• Contribute to planning and building new production facility in North America.

Requirements

• Strong background in Manufacturing Engineering or prototype vehicle builds, ideally automotive (EV/autonomous experience preferred).
• BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field; high voltage safety education preferred.
• Minimum 3 years proven leadership managing technical or production teams.
• Experience with complex projects like setting up or scaling manufacturing lines or facilities.
• Ability to handle low-volume prototyping and production preparation complexities.
