What you will do

  • Own and manage Safety Zones functionality end-to-end from concept to implementation
  • Ensure safe system behavior in all scenarios, including normal and failure cases
  • Define and maintain functional requirements and specifications
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including software, system, and testing
  • Drive compliance with automotive safety standards and processes
  • Support validation, testing, and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Location: Gothenburg
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience
  • Strong experience in Automotive domain
  • Knowledge of Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS)
  • Understanding of functional safety (e.g. ISO 26262)
  • Experience in Process & Safety Management
  • Background in Software/System Engineering
  • English: Fluent
  • Strong understanding of function ownership responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in vehicle behavior / control systems
  • Exposure to safety-critical systems validation
