Development Engineer

TL;DR

Development Engineer (Sealing Systems): Develop and integrate sealing solutions for filling equipment with an accent on sealing quality, verification & validation, and robust integration in packaging systems. Focus on solving technical problems, leading engineering tasks, and deploying innovative approaches in virtual and physical rigs.

Location: Based in Lund, Sweden (onsite, some travel required)

What you will do

• Lead and execute engineering tasks using sealing science to solve technical problems in product/system development.
• Break down sealing requirements, elaborate and execute Verification & Validation in virtual/physical rigs and filling equipment.
• Coordinate project activities, introduce innovative ideas, and ensure robust sealing integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and network internationally across organizations.

Requirements

• Very good written and spoken English for international collaborations.
• Master of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Physics, Materials or equivalent).
• Competence in filling equipment, components, and Verification & Validation for complex technical areas.
• Technical leadership, autonomous problem-solving, and multi-disciplinary approach from details to high-level.
• Strong collaboration, presentation skills, result-oriented mindset, and personal drive.
