What you will do

• Act as technical lead, approving engineering design deliverables and reviewing documentation for compliance
• Identify and resolve complex design challenges using advanced engineering methods
• Manage and validate Bill of Materials (BOM) and handle change/variation requests
• Prepare RFQs, evaluate supplier proposals, and collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing, testing, commissioning, and service teams
• Engage with customers for solution delivery, feedback, technical proposals, and presentations
• Support project managers throughout the lifecycle, ensuring alignment with contractual and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in electrical design engineering within industrial or engineering projects
• Proven experience leading technical design activities
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards, safety, and cybersecurity requirements
• Experience with BOM management, technical documentation, supplier evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
