What you will do

• Lead a team of 12 engineers across mechanical and electronics development.
• Set strategic direction, goals, and priorities for the production engineering group.
• Drive continuous improvement in tools, processes, and ways of working.
• Manage resource planning, recruitment, and performance management.
• Handle budget responsibility and delivery follow-up.
• Collaborate with software, QA, and industrialization teams to shape production capabilities.

Requirements

• Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or similar.
• Several years of experience leading hardware or cross-functional engineering teams.
• Experience with industrial systems involving electronics, mechanics, and motion.
• Familiarity with Creo, Windchill, and E-plan or Xpedition.
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Must be able to work on-site in Lund, Sweden.
