What you will do

• Lead audits across the Group’s business activities, including Haven Insurance and UK distribution entities.
• Evaluate the adequacy of internal controls and risk mitigation strategies to identify emerging risks in insurance operations.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to applicable regulatory requirements within financial services.
• Prepare clear, actionable audit reports for senior management and the Audit Committee.
• Collaborate with business units to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
• Mentor audit staff to ensure quality, consistency, and a culture of ethical conduct.

Requirements

• 2:1 degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Preferably 2-3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience within Insurance or Financial Services is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills with high ethical standards.
• Must have at least one year remaining on a Graduate or Post-Study Work visa; no visa sponsorship is provided.
