What you will do

• Deliver personalised financial planning to private clients with complex needs.
• Collaborate with Investment Managers to create bespoke financial plans and ongoing services.
• Manage and grow client relationships through referrals and new business development.
• Drive innovation and contribute ideas to support regional team growth.
• Ensure compliance with Consumer Duty and SMCR requirements.

Requirements

• Qualified to Level 4 standard in Financial Planning (minimum).
• Strong technical and product knowledge in financial planning.
• Highly developed compliance and risk management skills.
• Business development and client origination experience.
• Ability to navigate change and distill industry developments.
• Location: Bristol office

• Advanced Financial Planning qualifications (e.g., Institute Investment Advice Certificate).
