What you will do

• Lead plant reliability and asset performance by developing and executing site reliability strategy, including predictive maintenance, root cause analysis, and equipment improvements.
• Direct engineering and maintenance activities to support efficient, safe, and compliant manufacturing operations for facilities, utilities, and production equipment.
• Build high-performing teams through recruiting, coaching, training, succession planning, and labor relations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory requirements, and manage utility usage for sustainability.
• Deliver capital projects by managing investment plans, integrating technical activities, and leveraging new technologies.
• Manage engineering budgets, control costs, and partner with plant leadership to achieve operational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 10+ years in engineering project management and problem-solving in manufacturing (preferably chemical).
• 5+ years managing salary/hourly associates.
• Experience with scope development, economic analysis, production evaluation for manufacturing facility planning.
• Ability to lead multi-functional teams, with strong communication, project management, and continuous improvement skills.
• Long-range planning, finance knowledge (capital/budget planning, cash flow, engineering economics), and understanding of codes, standards, safety for machinery design.
