What you will do

• Oversee and manage the global team responsible for hirify.global’s web presence.
• Develop and implement website strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead development teams in building and maintaining the website across global teams (US and IST).
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align web strategy with marketing and business initiatives.
• Analyze user behavior and analytics to drive optimizations and CRO programs including A/B testing.
• Oversee technical architecture, platform selection, and key metrics reporting.

Requirements

• Fluency in English
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• 7-10+ years in digital marketing, web strategy, or related roles
• Strong analytical skills with web analytics platforms experience
• Understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices
• Project management experience managing multiple initiatives
• Experience leading web development teams to deliver KPIs at scale
• Solid understanding of CSS, Git, and JavaScript
• Hands-on experience planning multi-quarter roadmaps for high-visibility B2B websites
• Experience with content management systems and web technologies

Nice to have

• Full-stack development expertise (PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL, RESTful APIs)
• Experience leveraging AI to scale workflows
• Strong expertise in Drupal 9/10
• Familiarity with Figma, Tailwind CSS, Eleventy, Svelte JS
• UX/UI design principles knowledge
• Marketing automation and CRM platforms experience
